Mr. Gonzales is a solo practitioner engaged in the private practice of law in Nevada for the past 36 years; primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Family Law and Personal Injury.
Mr Gonzales has most recently relocated his practice from the downtown area to Summerlin at Desert Shores. It is located at the corner of Harbor Island and Lake Mead Blvd. The major cross streets are Lake Mead and Rampart. It is easily accessible from the Summerlin Parkway and US 95 freeway. There is ample parking, and it is next to one of the most serene and quiet neighborhood developments in Las Vegas, Nevada, Desert Shores.
The Immigration Court has also just recently relocated in May 2017 from Henderson to the downtown area, making the Immigration Court very accessible to the law office, as well as the Downtown Regional Justice Center, and the Family Courts located on Pecos and Bonanza. The Desert Shores office is warm, accommodating, and relaxed to create an environment similar to a visit to a family member or friend, in a personal relaxed setting.
Mr. Gonzales is a seasoned and experienced trial attorney who has tried diverse cases ranging from murder to medical malpractice. Historically, he has appeared in many remote, rural areas of the State of Nevada and has successfully argued cases in the Nevada Supreme Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Gonzales prides himself on the personal attention given to his clients through rigorous preparation and a firm and complete understanding of the law and facts of the particular case.
